At we understand that it can be intimidating to order products online - especially if you are unsure of your size. We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you receive. Exchanges on products purchased from are easy and always FREE.

Please note that we can only accept exchanges within 60 days of the original purchase date on products returned in their original condition and packaging. Clearance items ("Final Sale Items") are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.

We only offer exchanges on products purchased from and do not offer direct exchanges on products.

Here is how the exchange process works:
  1. We will email you a Free UPS return label along with our Merchandise Return form.
  2. You will indicate your exchange request on the Merchandise Return form and place the completed form inside your shipping box.
  3. You'll tape the UPS return label on the outside of your return shipping box. Please do not use the shoebox as the primary shipping box. This will damage the original packaging and will result in a minimum of a $10 re-boxing fee.
  4. Drop off your exchange at any UPS location. To find a location near you, please visit
  5. Once we receive your package, we'll process your exchange request and notify you via email when your new shipment is sent. It usually takes us 2-3 business days to process the exchange once we receive it.
Need your exchange faster? Place a new order for the new item online or give us a call at 800-571-1983. Then, indicate Refund on the Merchandise Return form for the items being returned. Once we receive your package, we’ll process your refund for the original purchase.
