They were too narrow even though the size on shoe was correct the strap would not even cover the velcro. In addition the strap was too wide and had difficulty sliding it through the loop. I called an explained my problems with the shoes and requested a return label and requested the next pair be checked before shipping. Had no problem with the return and my new pair arrived and they were perfect. It is great for a transaction to go smoothly when there is a return involved. Will gladly do business with your company again G-REN

Based on what information I was given I ordered what I thought would be the correct size for me. When they arrived they were too big for my foot but Comfort Shoe Club worked with me & I was able to return at no cost & they shipped the correction to me with no hassle involved at all. With my orthotics (both shoes) and Carbon insert in one to reduce movement in the TM joints due to loss of cartilage, it has been a painful journey. Thanks for the good service!

Only 1. Came with the shoes.since my med.insurance won,t cover anymore( i am diabetic ) but can i get extras if i pay for them. Thank you for the speedy service.Mary E Vallone.
