Of course she will continue in side trials, to be sure. I want to applaud your good service and swift delivery. I originally mistakenly ordered the wrong shoe, Annie X, instead of the Maggy X. The staff was very accommodating and assisting my returning the mistaken shoes and sending the new shoes simultaneously. I feel very optimistic that the shoes will work out just fine. You have become my go to, for my wife's R.A. shoe needs. Thanks for the fine service.

The first pair of shoes I ordered, a 10 XW was to big, but mostly in the length not the width. I really liked the shoe, and Vicki from your Customer Service department was wonderful to work with. We decided I should try a 9.5 XW, and I just received them. THEY FIT BEAUTIFULLY!! I can't wait to go somewhere to wear them out.
